Creating an Application Shortcut

When you’re all done, you might need to create a way for users to easily start your application. If your users all have a copy of Access, you could give them your database application files and simply instruct them to open the appropriate file. But what if you’ve secured your database, requiring the user to be a member of a specific workgroup? What if the user doesn’t have Access, so you have to set them up to execute your application with the runtime version of Access? What if you want to also define certain utility functions that the user might need to execute from time to time? The answer is to create a shortcut.
