We all strive to keep our busy schedules organized. A variety of different types of events have to be managed including appointments, meetings and tasks. Outlook’s calendar provides a complete environment for managing your schedule. You can keep track of one-time appointments and other events and also easily schedule recurring appointments and tasks.

Outlook can manage multiple calendars. For example, you can have a calendar associated with each email account you manage using Outlook. You can also create calendars that allow you to manage different types of events. You could have a calendar for work-related events and a calendar for personal appointments and events.
