Work in the Address Book
The Address Book appears in the same program window that displays the Mail module we worked with in Chapter 15, but the toolbar and layout of the program window change to best display contact information.
In the Address Book module, the program window reflects information and commands related to contact records.
View, Sort, and Filter Records in the Address Book
The Address Book displays contact records in a list format. By default, the following contact record fields are displayed in the Address Book:

Contact Type
Name
Company
Work Phone
Home Phone
Email Address
Folder
Categories
Projects
