Appendix . Andrew Whitechapel
Andrew spent many years in the wilderness, writing inventory control systems in COBOL and UNIX kernel extensions in C, before discovering Microsoft Windows and C++. After an enjoyable 12-year relationship with MFC, ATL, and COM, he turned to .NET and pastures green and has been living in a hybrid managed-unmanaged world for several years now. When he’s not architecting enterprise systems or bashing in code, Andrew runs (slowly) around a rugby field for Battersea Ironsides.
