Platforms That Run It

.NET Compact Framework version 1 is supported on the following Microsoft platforms:

• Pocket PC 2000

  These devices were available from a number of manufacturers and used ARM, MIPS, SH3 or SH4 processors. .NET Compact Framework is supported on all these processors.

• Pocket PC 2002

  This update to the Pocket PC operating system was released late in 2001. Pocket PC 2002 was released only for ARM processors.

• Pocket PC 2002 Phone Edition
