System.Web.Services.Description Namespace
In the desktop Framework, the System.Web.Services.Description namespace contains classes that allow you to publicly describe an XML Web service using Web Services Description Language (WSDL). In the .NET Compact Framework, only the SoapBindingUse enumeration is implemented, which enables interpretation of WSDL in a client application.
