Chapter 26. Browser Client
Lync Server 2013 introduces enhanced cross-platform support for all communication modalities. Lync Server 2013 Web App enables users to join conferences from a browser and participate in full-featured conferencing without the need to install a client. This chapter provides an overview of the browser capabilities across all operating systems, as well as a technical review of how Lync Web App is deployed and provides services to users. Lastly, the requirements to deploy Lync 2013 browser capabilities are reviewed.
