Lync Web Scheduler

For users that do not have Outlook installed on their client system, and therefore cannot benefit from the Online Meeting Add-in that enables meetings to be scheduled from within Outlook, the Lync Web Scheduler is provided. The Lync Web Scheduler, accessed using the URL https://sched.lync.com, provides Lync Online users with a simple web interface for managing meetings, as shown in Figure 22.1. After meetings have been created, they can be exported from the Web Scheduler as an iCalendar event, and then sent to meeting attendees.
