Unified Messaging Voice Mail Integration

Exchange Unified Messaging (UM) is an optional Exchange 2013 component that serves as an integrated voice mail system for Exchange mailbox users. Exchange UM allows voice mail, email, and fax messages to be consolidated into a user’s inbox, and provides additional features to enhance the UC experience, such as Outlook Voice Access and automated attendants.
