Creating Workflows
To create a new Response Group workflow, follow these steps:
1. Open the Lync Server 2013 Control Panel.
2. Click Response Groups.
3. Click Workflow.
4. Click Create or Edit a Workflow.
5. Select an Application Server to host the Response Group and click OK.
The Response Group Configuration Tool opens in a web browser. Unlike the rest of the Response Group setup, workflow creation is done using an interface separate from the Lync Server Control Panel. What type of workflow is created depends on the administrator. Steps for creating each type of workflow can be found in the next section.
