Response Groups
The Response Group move process is an all-or-nothing procedure. You can move either all the Lync Server 2010 Response Group configuration or none at all. It is also a 1:1 move process between pools. You cannot move unique Response Groups from one pool between different pools. To move the Response Group applications, complete the following:
1. Log on to the computer with an account that is a member of the RTCUniversalServerAdmins group or has equivalent administrator rights and permissions.
2. Start the Lync Server Management Shell: Click Start, All Programs, Microsoft Lync Server 2013, and then select Lync Server Management Shell.
3. Run the following:
Move-CsRgsConfiguration -Source pool01.companyabc.com -Destination pool02.companyabc.com ...
