Summary

In this chapter we’ve covered the primary clients for Windows users to connect to Microsoft Lync Server 2010. We’ve seen what features are available in terms of IM, audio/video conferencing, and application sharing. As users become more and more familiar with the application, this chapter will serve as a guide for how users access various functions within the system and should help ease the transition to this application.
