Summary
In this chapter we’ve covered the primary clients for Windows users to connect to Microsoft Lync Server 2010. We’ve seen what features are available in terms of IM, audio/video conferencing, and application sharing. As users become more and more familiar with the application, this chapter will serve as a guide for how users access various functions within the system and should help ease the transition to this application.
Administrators should take advantage of the troubleshooting and best practices offered in this chapter to try to provide for the best end user experience possible.
