Improved Meeting Join Experience

When updating the meeting join process for Lync Server, the goal was for it to take two seconds or less to join a meeting. Lync Server even includes metrics to measure the achieved join performance. This enables Lync Server administrators to better handle users whose perception of a join is that it is slow.

Creating and scheduling meetings is easier than ever with the new client. Simpler URLs make it much easier to browse for a meeting, and policy-based meeting creation makes it easy for users to create meetings that allow the usual suspects to join.
