Darren Lloyd has worked in the IT industry for nearly 20 years, learning his trade as a technician and moving through the ranks into positions where he’s been responsible for managing large IT and communications departments.

He obtained an MSc in technology management from the University of Wales, writing his dissertation on the “Impact of Unified Communications in the Contact Center.” He has presented at numerous unified communications events, including the launch of Microsoft Lync in the United Kingdom.
