Validating with the Business
Asking several questions of the business can provide further information about scope:
Does the scope of work recorded in the Site List represent a reasonable risk to the business units affected, or should the scope be reduced?
Are there any timing issues or other business constraints that will restrict the ability of IT to implement the new architecture?
