Backing Up Server-Based Sites

Occasionally, the files on a server-based site can actually be newer than the files in the local copy of the same site. For example, if the server-based site contains form data, is a shopping cart, or is a type of dynamic site that takes user input, the server-based site will have more or newer information than the local copy.
