Walter Glenn has been working in the computer industry for 20 years and has been writing for about 10 years. Walter works in Huntsville, Alabama, as a consultant, trainer, and awardwinning writer. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). Walter’s work with Exchange Server began with Exchange Server 5.5. He has managed Exchange organizations for small- and medium-sized businesses, including designing and building Exchange infrastructures, as well as transitioning to new versions of Exchange Server.
