Using Public Folders in Outlook 2007

Your users—and you—can use the Outlook 2007 client both to create public folders and to manage certain public folder properties. This section covers both of these topics. You can also create and manage public folders using previous versions of the Outlook clients. Although this section focuses on the use of Outlook 2007, most of the techniques described work with these other clients as well.
