Summary

Outlook Web Access in Exchange 2003 is more than just a secondary email client when the user does not have full client access. Because of significant enhancements added to Outlook Web Access 2003, many organizations are finding the features of the premium Outlook Web Access client robust enough for users to use OWA as their primary client. Features such as a spell checker, preview mode, filters, and Address Book lookup provide the majority of the features users leverage on a regular basis. Outlook Web Access deserves much more attention by IT organizations to leverage OWA as a primary messaging client solution.
