Exchange 2003 has been specifically engineered for reliability and availability in a number of areas. Integrated error reporting provides streamlined reporting to administrators of fatal errors that cause an Exchange component to crash, as well as enhanced reporting of Recipient Update Service errors. Once an administrator enables Exchange Error Reporting, error reports (crash dumps) can be securely forwarded to an internal corporate error-reporting server and/or Microsoft's error-reporting servers on the Internet.
