Summary

Although Exchange 2003 is a minor upgrade to Exchange 2000, there are many changes in the product that affect administration and management of Exchange servers, users, and objects. The biggest changes in this area can be found in Exchange System Manager, the primary management application for Exchange 2003. ESM includes a variety of major and minor changes designed to improve the administrative experience and to boost administrator productivity.
