Summary

Exchange 2003 is packed with new features designed to boost both administrator and end-user productivity levels. Many administrators, especially those who are new to Exchange, will benefit from the new Exchange Deployment Tools and applications, as well as the enhancements to Exchange installation designed to eliminate common deployment blockers by performing prerequisite checks. Once Exchange has been deployed, administrators will continue to benefit from the administration improvements, such as the new Queue Viewer, the Mailbox Recovery Center, the updated Internet Mail Wizard, and the Move Mailbox Wizard, and the enhancements to public folder management in ESM as well.
