Data Table

A data table is the data plotted on the chart, in tabular format.

Tips

• Data tables are more useful on chart sheets than on embedded charts, since embedded charts can include the worksheet on which the chart is based.

• Data tables are not available for pie and doughnut charts.

To add a data table

1.	In the Chart Options dialog, click the Data Table tab to display its options (Figure 53).
2.	Turn on the Show data table check box.
3.	To show the legend color key in the data table, turn on Show legend keys check box.

To remove a data table

1.	In the Chart Options dialog, click the Data Table tab to display its options (Figure 53).
2.	Turn off the Show data table check box.
