I co-authored this book because I wanted to help Microsoft Dynamics implementers and customers find their own way through due diligence, quality assurance, and satisfaction, guided by Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step principles. Each line of text in this book is based on what I learned in my career and still learn every day I teach and consult.
