Yammer
Microsoft acquired Yammer about a year before the launch of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. Yammer is a dedicated (that is, separate) service that many people compare to Facebook with regard to its ability to have “conversations” with people within an organization.
Often described as enterprise social software, it is has controlled access (via email address) to certain networks, and it allows for individuals within an organization to communicate privately. Yammer offers its collaborative interface with both Dynamics CRM 2013 and SharePoint.
