Engagement Engine
Marketo’s customer engagement engine lets companies deliver ongoing streams of “drip marketing” content. It helps grow long-term customer relationships with dynamic, multistep engagement marketing campaigns that serve up highly relevant conversations, at scale.
Figure 30.3 shows an example of the engagement engine that allows users to drag content into the system and then it does the rest.
