Record Sync
When working with records and InsideView, you can easily perform both record augmentation and validation by syncing the data from InsideView Social Insights to your system.
Figure 29.10 shows a simple sync process where the only data entered in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is the Account Name of Microsoft. Social Insights has returned all the other data and is prompting the user to update the record in CRM.

Figure 29.11 shows the corresponding (after the user selects Update Account) updated record using the Social Insights data from InsideView.
