Ways to Use D&B360

Let’s take a look at some of the ways to use D&B360 for CRM:

Customers and prospective customers are at the core of most organizations, and the information about them is housed in Dynamics CRM 2013. By streaming data on-demand directly into the system, you can keep it current, complete, and accurate (automatically).

Let’s start with a company name from our list of Accounts and see what D&B360 can do to provide additional insight on this prospect/customer.

In this example, we use D&B360 to perform a company match from within Dynamics CRM 2013:
