Processes

With Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, organizations can define and implement business processes. These processes help employees focus on their work rather than doing manual steps. With CRM 2013 we now have Business Process Flows (BPFs), and real-time workflows (extension to existing workflows). Microsoft has added these new processes specifically designed to be used by people who are not developers, however it is important to understand how and why to use each type of process.
