Getting the CRM 2013 Online Certificate
This book covers how to connect an application with CRM Online, which is the most appropriate scenario for this text. You can, however, connect with CRM on premises and in Internet-facing deployment (IFD) environments, but to get a certificate you must complete other steps as described in the CRM 2013 Software Development Kit (SDK):

1. Go to CRM Online and download the Windows Azure Service Bus Issuer Certificate by going to Settings, Customizations, and then Developer Resources (see Figure 20.5).
