One important consideration when working with solutions that contain custom entities is the security configuration for the necessary roles. By default, when you create a custom entity, only the System Administrator and System Customizer are granted permission to use the custom entity. You are responsible for giving the right permissions to any other role (such as the Customer Representative role) so that users with that role can work with the custom entity you included in the solution.
To configure the security roles, open the solution and complete the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Components > Entities > your custom entity > Forms and select the form (see Figure 18.33).
