Migrating Customizations from Previous Versions
Because some custom code will not work when upgraded from Dynamics CRM 2011, it is recommended that users run the tool supplied from Microsoft called the Custom Code Validation Tool.

The tool focuses primarily on custom JavaScript, and gives an output that allows users to address them prior to running an upgrade.
