As with the web application, you can have multiple web forms for CRM mobile apps, but you cannot switch between forms on the mobile app. You need to set the form order and assign security roles to the forms, and users will see the form on the basis of form order set and security role assigned.
The following steps guide you in creating a new form and customizing it:
1. Log in to the CRM web application and go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System. The default solution will open. Expand the Entities node and select the entity for which you want to create a mobile form (see Figure 17.36).
