Rule Deployment Wizard
The Rule Deployment Wizard is used for the users or queues configured as Forward mailboxes because they need server rules installed on Microsoft Exchange to forward emails to the Router mailbox. This rule sends a copy of each message received by a Microsoft Dynamics CRM user to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system mailbox. From the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system mailbox, the email router retrieves the messages and creates an email activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
To deploy these Microsoft Dynamics CRM user inbox rules, you can use the Rule Deployment Wizard, which can be run at any time to add or change the inbox rules for your Microsoft Dynamics CRM users.
