Resource Groups
Resource groups consist of a grouping of users, teams, facility/equipment, or other resource groups for the purposes of service scheduling.
To create a resource group, select New and enter the name of the resource group (see Figure 12.8).

After you save the resource group, you can add resources (see Figure 12.9).
