Mail Merge Templates

Mail merge templates are powerful because they allow for the creation of formatted Word documents with data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

To create a new mail merge template, select New and complete the required fields. The categorization enables you to select the associated entity, consisting of a Quote, Opportunity, Lead, Account, Case, Profile Album, or Contact. The ownership defaults to Individual, but you can change that to Organizational when completed. Template language is limited to the language options installed and made active by the system administrator.

File Attachment is the merge document that is associated with the mail merge template.
