Currencies
When they are added and active, they are available to the user. When a Currency other than the base Currency is used, the values associated with the record are converted (based on the conversion rate entered for that Currency) to the base Currency.
Although you cannot delete a Currency if it has been associated with a record, you can disable it, preventing it from being used on any new records.
To add a new Currency option, select New, and then select the Currency Code from the lookup (or select Custom to enter a new custom currency).
