Components of a Good Implementation

Any good implementation should consist of at least two main components when considering Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The first component is the physical setup. For On-Premise solutions, this includes everything from loading the application on the server to ensuring that a proper backup strategy is in place. For hosted solutions, this should include proper setup and configuration of client access.

The second component is the configuration and customization of the application.
