Read-optimized forms were added to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 via Service Pack 7 in an attempt to increase the load time and provide a “scaled-down” way of accessing and viewing the data on the form.

With the new design interface being released in this version, Microsoft has removed these forms.
