Skype

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 now has the ability to make phone calls directly from Dynamics CRM 2013 using Skype or Lync.

Note

Both Skype and Lync are separate and optional components that are not required for users of Dynamics CRM 2013.

This new Click to Dial functionality provides an easy interface for users to directly and easily communicate with their contacts directly from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. Figure 2.25 shows the Skype integration.
