Deprecated Features
As with any new major software release, there are numerous additions to the software, in addition to features that are underused and so are sometimes removed. In this release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, several major components have been removed or had their functions altered significantly enough to note them in this chapter.

If this is your first time using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, this section is probably not necessary to read because the features described here don’t exist anyway. This information is provided only as a reference to the users of earlier versions wondering what is different.
