Introduction

This is our fourth book on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and as we see the growth and adoption by organizations across the world of Dynamics CRM, we are continually impressed by the ability of Microsoft to change and adapt the application while continuing to service existing/legacy customers.

With the launch of Windows 8 in late 2012, consumers were introduced to major interface changes heralding a new direction for applications, as Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 evidences.

This is the first “major” overhaul/release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM since Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 was released in early 2011, and is considered a new version of the product.
