Chapter 7: Working with the Workplace

The Workplace, as it’s referred to in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is where most end users will spend a lot of their time. It is important to understand the various features that make up the Workplace, as well as how to customize it for your needs.

You can customize the Workplace to include Sales, Marketing, Service, and Scheduling (see Figure 7.1). However, this chapter covers only the core components; other chapters discuss those other modules specifically.
