In this chapter, you learned about the things that are essential for a great start of your ERP-implementation journey. We discussed the importance of understanding the customer's expectations, environment, and culture. This was followed by learning how to plan resources and establish a team. You also learned about common project management and governance activities and about deliverables such as project plans, communication plans, change control, and budget tracking.
