Content-based routing and promoted properties

The solution goes to production and is working well, but like all software business users, they decide they would like to build upon it further. This is a good thing no matter what the reason is, even if it was a missed requirement. The business would like to route orders above a certain amount to a different location than standard orders. This will allow them to be input into the fulfillment system more quickly and allow the users of that system to process them more quickly. The decision is made to make this priority limit $1000 and greater (inclusive). Orders below this limit will continue to function as they currently do.
