From the group:

As a team, we can only express our respect and appreciation for all of the people who contributed to the content, editing and production of our book. We cannot say enough about Tom Dinse, our project editor, and his team. Suffice it to say that there is a lot more to writing a book than having the technical and subject matter expertise.

With a team of five Access MVPs, we anticipated a fun and easy project— after all, how hard could it be to put our thoughts into print? Several thousand hours later, we look at the thirty databases models and remember why we allocate 30% of the project time to gathering requirements and creating the tables. We couldn't have done it without the dedication of our technical editors, contributors, and colleagues. We started with Arvin Meyer and Armen Stein as our technical editors. Then we enlisted the help of Jerry Dennison, George Hepworth, and Doug Yudovich as tech editors and contributors. Our team of five soon doubled in size to ten Access MVPs. And we still had room for one more, so Jeff Boyce helped with some reviews.

On behalf of the entire team, I want to acknowledge and express appreciation for everyone else who contributed by sharing ideas, commenting on concepts, encouraging us, and most of all, understanding and making allowances for the time and energy that we all poured into this project.

We dedicated our energies to provide you with a resource that will pay for itself countless times on each and every project. ...
