Editing Data in Forms

In most cases, forms are used to edit data. This section describes the differences between Access project forms and mdb forms.

New Buttons

The form view, just like the datasheet view, comes with two new navigation buttons: Cancel Query and Maximum Record Limit. The functions of both buttons are described in Chapter 5, “Tables in Access Projects.”

The form’s properties provide you with the options Max Records and Max Rec Button. Use Max Records to specify the number of records to read and Max Rec Button to specify whether you want to display the Max Records button in the form view.
