If you’re going to socialize, then do so with business-building in mind. Everyone you meet has the potential to either be a prospect for what you have to offer directly, or an intermediary (a go-between) who can refer you to a potential prospect.
As a micro-entrepreneur, you strive to have a positive impact on everyone you come across, both online and offline, because people like to buy from people they like. Social media, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, can help you meet people and build relationships that can in due course translate into sales.
