Sometimes it's the little things that veto otherwise superlative efforts in planning, design, and opportunities for success. No car key, phone battery, salt, pencil. While we may focus on what seem to be the “big” challenges of instructional design, programming, graphics, and data tracking, adult learners can be put off by the slighted “little” things—passwords, who will answer their questions, what “submit” means, where they are supposed to type.
