The Saturn School in St. Paul, Minnesota, was built as part of the bid to attract General Motors to establish a Saturn factory there. The school was designed to demonstrate advanced practices in teaching and learning. Among the interesting things I witnessed there more than twenty years ago was a system that permitted students to submit questions from their desk keyboards. Questions were posted for all to see and remained there until the submitter felt the question had been sufficiently addressed and withdrew it.
